3 Bedroom family home in East London
Working together with a professional couple in Dubai, we had 6 weeks to transform their recently purchased East London home before they moved back permanently.
Having entrusted our team with a complete property refurbishment on the home (they had never even seen before purchasing), we worked around the clock to ensure our clients wishes were met within a record timescale.
Scope of works

Design and Install a stunning luxury mint green kitchen with full quartz worktop & splashback, along with a bespoke utility room.

Refurbish both of the bathrooms into beautiful, modern shower-rooms.

Building works to include forming new bedroom entrances to separate the rooms and removing walls to open up the existing downstairs rooms to create the open plan kitchen and living area.

Luxury wood strip viny flooring has to be fitted throughout the property plus the house to be professionally decorated.

The existing electrical wiring to be removed and the whole property re-wired, including fitting a new consumer unit.

The existing pluming and heating system to be removed and replaced with an economical MegaFlow system, built into the bespoke utility room.

We have also removed the dividing wall that used to separate these into two rooms. Not only does it open up into a beautiful family living area, its now flooded with natural daylight giving off a great feeling of space each time you enter the room.

New Bathrooms
Below are the before, during and after photos of the two bathrooms. The old bathrooms were tired and dated, both rooms have been given a beautiful facelift to bring them both into the rest of the modern interior design.

Below are the photos of the bespoke utility room with new hot water and heating system plus new flooring and full decoration throughout. Absolutely everything in the property has been updated, even the gold plate light switches, sockets and fittings.
Our Team
This project was lead by our Director Jamie with help from our office based team, Hana and Emily who sourced all of the materials for the project and liaised with our Installation team to make sure the project remained streamlined and ran without any hick ups. Perfectly smooth, all the way through.
No stone was left unturned, we managed to finish the work in a record time of 6 weeks, to the highest quality, leaving our customers thrilled with the results and hard work we had put into their project. Well done team!
